OrgCourier is an excellent software for courier and transport businesses which lets you plan all the working timetables for each employee and so have all tasks programmed.
In OrgCourier you can store all the information on each customer (and even add personalized comments). It has tools to make advanced searches and to calculate possible bonuses. The OrgCourier user can create reminder notes that tell you of the pending tasks/deliveries/pickups, etc.
From the OrgCourier interface you can consult information on payments, income, etc. You can export the stored information to MS Outlook, and also to XLS, TXT, HTML or XML. As a security measure it has tools to make backups of the information stored there.
